Our Diary for HFH, Horsted Keynes

These new works were started by our Peter and Will in early April assisted by our labouring team.Ian visited and met the clients and agreed a scheme to develop the complete front and rear garden. These works will develop as the job starts. Initially we will clear, fence and develop the full plan. There will be walling, new steps, patio areas and probably a new driveway. Hopefully through this page you will see the garden evolve! The initial design sketches and some of the original photos are below........Ian

Rear Garden redesign!	Front Garden, new drive, swept path to front door, possible scree garden. Tall front conifer hedge replaced with either walling containing railings or...These were only rough sketches which were developed through a simple consultation.
Very overgrown frontage	Lovely old brickwork..but!

Below, photos will appear as we start the initial clearance works, new fencing, paving, walling, turfing, recreating the rockery......David Saunders the local tree preservation officer has visited and applications have been made to remove the orders on the front trees which are in poor order! 1st stage has now started at the beginning of April 2004

At the moment we have left tidy and await the railings being made for the front wall. A grid is also being made for the well. A further design is being drawn up for the front garden to incorporate the works already completed. I need a few more full garden shots which I will try and remember to take on my next visit!!
