These new works were started by our Chris & Neil on Thursday 29th January. Photos will appear in the next few days...

When we started, the working area was covered in snow!

on the initial visit our working area looked like this:-

The steps are to be rebuilt and retained with a paved landing created,

The area was initially cleared,bank dug out by hand and the debris removed by our own small tipper trucks.A concrete pad was laid and a retaining block wall built. This was the rendered and capped with york crazy paving..

The weather went from snow to rain with the odd dry patch. All the treads were relaid over mostly new risers
